POSITION: REVENUE MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
- To set the hotel’s rate strategies that are tailored to maximize revenues, RevPar and ADR
- Prepare annual hotel revenue budget and maintain ongoing results analysis
- Prepare monthly and weekly forecast with daily breakdown of occupancy, rate and market segment mix and maintain ongoing results analysis
- Maintain detailed and accurate property performance history (daily, weekly, monthly by market segment, rate and room type)
- Create reports to identify trends (pace, group pace, channels, geographical markets, travel agent behaviour and others)
Requirements
- Must be detail orientated
- Must have excellent communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills
- Must have sound knowledge on Excel
- Must have previous working experience in revenue management
- Must be well organized with excellent time management skills
- Solid understanding of GDS, PMS and internet distribution systems
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to achieve individual and team goals
- Ability to thrive in a multi tasked environment
- Ability to handle pressure well
