Spa Etiquette
Spa and thermal facilities are open daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
To maintain a peaceful Spa environment for all our Spa guests, we respectfully request that all Spa guests keep noise to a minimum and the use of mobile phones and other electrical devices are discouraged. Smoking is not allowed throughout the Spa premises.
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available, particularly if you would like to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. For scheduling appointments or for further information, please contact us by dialing the extension.
Please notify us if you are receiving any professional health treatment, if you are pregnant or have any other medical complications. This will enable us to assist you in choosing the most suitable treatment.
Please allow at least four hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your reserved treatments. Any cancellation with less than four hours’ notice from the schedule appointment time, will incur a 50% Cancellation charge.
Please arrive at the Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a consultation and ensures we understand any concerns you may have.
Spa attire and a locker for your personal belongings will be provided for your comfort.
We recommend that guests receiving facial treatments remove their contact lenses and bring a case for storing their contact lenses. Male guests are recommended to shave prior to any facial treatments.
A locker will be provided for your personal articles. However, it is recommended that all valuables are left in your room safe. The management and staff accept no responsibility for any loss or damage of valuables or personal articles while in the Spa premises.
