For all guests with club benefits, airport transfer will be arranged with our compliments to whisk you and from The Chedi Muscat in comfort and style.
For guests in other room categories, we will be pleased to arrange airport transfers upon request.
A chauffeured limousine for up to 2 persons is available at OMR 43 Net per car per way, while a minibus for up to 5 persons can be arranged for OMR 50 Net per car per way.
Please provide the flight details at least 48 hours prior to arrival for us to make the necessary arrangements as, our hotel cars are subject to availability.
Our hotel driver will be waiting at the airport’s Arrival Area with The Chedi Paging Board for 90 minutes after the flight’s landing time.
Meet & Greet Service
All bookings made directly through our website will be entitled to an exclusive complimentary Meet and Greet service.
This service includes the following:
- Greeting at flight gate by a personal assistant and porter
- Transportation in a buggy through airport
- Primeclass Arrival Lounge access and refreshments
- Visa collection and fast-tracked immigration
- Luggage collection and escort to airport exit
Entry Visa
Pertaining to entry visas to enter Oman through Muscat International Airport, The Royal Oman Police have issued important changes to immigration procedures, and we strongly recommend that you pre-arrange your visa before you travel to Oman.
Express and tourist visas can be downloaded from https://evisa.rop.gov.om/voa
To complete the electronic visa application, the following steps must be followed:
- Go to https://evisa.rop.gov.om/voa
- Click register as user
- Login with username (e-mail) and password
- Apply for unsponsored visa (Tourist Visa)
- Payment (OMR 20)
